DataPath respectfully requested confidential treatment of Exhibit 1. Specifically, this is to confirm that such foreign shareholders acquired approximately 20 percent of DataPath‘s shares in the offering transaction. One foreign shareholder acquired approximately 4.76 percent of DataPath‘s shares, and another foreign shareholder acquired approximately 2.32 percent of DataPath‘s shares.
