(Report No. TEL 00999, DA 06— 401 (Feb. 17, 2006) Dear Ms. Dortch: This letter is submitted to the Commission pursuant to 47 CFR 63.24(e)(4) to notify the Commission of the consummation of the transaction underlying the above—referenced applications for authority to transfer Domestic and International Section 214 Authorizations. An application for authority to transfer control of Domestic Section 214 Authority of CableCo LLC d/b/a ghValley LD, South Park LLC d/b/a South Park Telephone Company, and The Rye Telephone Company from Southern Colorado Telecommunications, Inc., to Corona Holdings, Inc. was filed January 10, 2006. The application was accepted for streamlined treatment and docketed at WC 06—16, see Public Notice DA 06—198 (rel. Jan. 27, 2006), and granted on February 27, 2006, see Public Notice DA 06—477 (rel. Feb. 27, 2006). International Section 214 Authority ITC—214—20040609 was granted on July 2, 2004, to CableCo LLC d/b/a ghValley LD, see Public Notice DA 04—2058, Report No. TEL—00810 (Jul. 8, 2004). An application to transfer control of that authority to Corona Holdings, Inc., was filed on January 13, 2006, and accepted for streamlined treatment, see Public Notice

Feb. 3, 2006), and granted on February 17, 2006, see Public Notice DA 06—401, Report No. TEL—00999, ITC—T/C—20060113—00041 E (rel. Feb. 23, 2006). On July 17, 2006, Corona Holdings, Inc., by counsel, informed the Commuiss: on by letter that the correct name of its parent entity is "American Broadband Acquisition Corp. III," rather than "American Broadband Acquisition Corp. IV," as identified in the applications. Counsel also informed the Commission at that time that the address, co atact information, and derivative ownership interest structures as described in the applicati ms were correct and unchanged.
