Cebridge and Cox will notify the Commission when the transaction is consummated with respect to these customers. As explained in the application of Cox Texas Telcom, LP (IB File No. ITC—214— 20060330—00173) as well as in the Public Notice finding that application acceptable for filing (Report No. TEL—O1012NS, Mar. 31, 2006), Cox Texas Telcom, LP requests that this application be granted upon receipt of this notice, and that the authorization granted thereunder be effective today, May 5, 2006. All aspects of the proposed transaction affecting Cox Texas Telcom, LP are consummated today, and this application is not affected by the Louisiana matter discussed above.
