(“Impsat USA”), through its attorneys and pursuant to Section 214 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended 47 U.S.C. 5 214 (the “Act”), and Section 63.24 of the Commission’s Rules, 47 C.F.R. 0 63.24, hereby notifies the Commission that control of Impsat USA, which holds three international authorizations under Section 214 of the Act, has been transferred on apro forma basis from its parent company, Impsat Fiber Networks, Inc. (“Impsat Fiber Networks”), to Impsat Fiber Networks as Debtor-in-Possession. This change in status reflects Impsat Fiber Networks’ filing of a voluntary petition for reorganization in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
