Pursuant to AUG 1 2002 Section 63.24 of the Commission’s Rules Policy Division International Bureau NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL OF TRANSFER OF CONTROL APPLICATION Neu-Firmnet, Inc. (“NF-USA”) and Neusoft Network (USA) Inc. (“Neusoft-USA), through undersigned counsel, hereby withdraw the Application for consent to the transfer of control of Neu-Firmnet, Inc., which holds an Authorization under Section 214 for Global International Facilities-Based and Resale, to Neusoft Network (USA) Inc., pursuant to Section 63.24 of the Commission’s rules (“Application”). The Application was filed with the Federal Communications Commission on July 11,2002, in connection with the acquisition of NF-USA, a telecommunications provider, by Neusoft-USA.
