The transaction involved the transfer of control of two international Section 214 authorizations (File No. ITC—214—19970418—00216 (held by OnePoint Communications, L.L.C. granted June 13, 1997) and File No. ITC—214—20000321—00206 (held by OnePoint Services, L.L.C. granted May 3, 2000)),‘ as well as the transfer of OnePoint‘s blanket Section 214 authority to provide domestic interstate telecommunications services. The transfer of control was granted in File No. ITC—T/C—2000098
