               On May 15, 2000, World Access, Inc. and Communications TeleSystems International
     d/b/a WorldxChange ("WorldxChange") (collectively, "the Parties") filed the application
     captioned above for authority to transfer control of WorldxChange and assign WorldxChange‘s
     Section 214 authorizations to a surviving corporation, WorldxChange Communications. By this
     letter, the Parties provide a revised list of Section 214 applications and authorizations for
     WorldxChange. The revised list is provided in Attachment 1 to this letter.
