Specifically, the Teleglobe Applicants hereby amend their Application to clarify that Excel Telecommunications, Inc. holds the relevant Section 214 authorizations, rather than Excel Communications, Inc. Although Exhibit B of the original Application correctly specifies Excel Telecommunications, Inc. as the holder of certain Section 214 authorizations, other portions of the Application erroneously suggest that Excel Communications, Inc. holds such Section 214 authorizations. Accordingly, all references in the original Application to "Excel

Communications, Inc." should be deleted and replaced with "Excel Telecommunications, 99 Inc.
