By way of background, on October6, 1998, Metracom and UniDial Holdings, Inc. ("UniDial Holdings"), filed an application with the Commission in the above— _ referenced filenumber requesting Commission authority for UniDial Holdings to acquire Metracom. ~ The parties notified the FCC on November 4, 1998, of the consummation of the transaction. «Metracom now notifies the Commission ofa change ofnameofMetracom Corporation to UniDial Telecommunications LLC. All other aspects of the company remain the same. Please update the FCC‘s records to reflect the name change. Please date stamp the extra copy of thisfiling, and return it to us in the enclosed envelope.
