Special Temporary Authority is requested for the Estate of Martin J. Tibbitts to operate Business Network Long Distance, Inc., Network Service Billing, Inc., Nationwide Long Distance Service, Inc., Integrated Services, Inc., Communications Network Billing, Inc., Multiline Long Distance, Inc., National Access Long Distance, Inc., LCR Telecommunications, LLC, and Conectado, Inc. while a transfer of control application is pending.
