Moontius needs Special Temporary Authority to finalize an acquisition of 130,000 customers of UltraTone Sdn Bhd, a Malaysian entity, and begin offering them services in the United States. The 214 application of Moontius is currently under review by Team Telecom because of the foreign ownership of Moontius and it likely will take several more months to complete the review. Moontius must complete the acquisition by the end of January, 2013.
