Exhibit 1 - Request for Special Temporary Authority

By this application, Airadigm Communications, Inc. (“Airadigm”) seeks special

temporary authority to continue to re sell international switched voice telecommunications

services following a transfer of control which took place without necessary FCC consent, owing

to an administrative oversight as to the Section 214 authorization. Attached as Exhibit 2 is an

International Section 214 Transfer of Control Application, generated using the Commission’s

IBFS system, which has an attachment which explains all the facts and circumstances of the

transfer of control, which took place in September 2011. As shown in the transfer application,

the public interest would be served by allowing Airadigm to continue its de minimus

international services to customers while the FCC evaluates the application.

The information required by the STA Application to be provided in Exhibit 1 is furnished

below:

63.18(d). Airadigm was granted international global resale Section 214 authority in

1996. See File No. ITC-214-19960621-00262.

63.18(e)(3). Airadigm is not seeking additional authority.

63.18(g). Airadigm, as a resale carrier, is categorically excluded from environmental

evaluation.
