An Application for permanent Section 214 Authority was filed contemporaneously therewith (see FCC File No. ITC-214-20101215-00483). Pursuant to the informal request of Commission staff, the above-referenced

Request for STA is hereby amended by adding the following statement: Start Wireless Group, Inc., d/b/a Page Plus Cellular acknowledges that grant of the STA will not prejudice any action the Commission may take on the underlying Section 214 application and that any authority granted pursuant to this request is subject to cancellation or modification upon notice, but without a hearing.
