ATTACHMENT 2 Answer to Question 15 Rule 63.18(h): Telenational Communications, Inc. (“Telenational” or “Applicant”) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Rapid Link, Inc. (“Rapid Link”). Rapid Link is a Delaware corporation and is engaged in the provision of telecommunications and related services. Its address is 5408 N. 99th Street, Omaha, NE 68134. Two individuals have ten percent or greater ownership interests in Rapid Link. These individuals are John Jenkins and Chris Canfield. John Jenkins is a U.S. citizen and is engaged in the management of telecommunications operations as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of both Telenational and Rapid Link. His address is 16767 Bollinger Drive, Pacific Palisades, California 90272. Mr. Jenkins owns a 26% ownership interest in Rapid Link on an undiluted basis and over 80% ownership on a fully- diluted basis. Thus, Mr. Jenkins’ attributable ownership interest in Telenational is 26% on an undiluted basis and over 80% on a fully-diluted basis. Chris Canfield is a U.S. citizen. His principal business in management of telecommunications operations. His address is 52 Marks Lane, P.O. Box 8658, Breckenridge, CO 80424. Mr. Canfield owns an 18% ownership interest in Rapid Link on an undiluted basis. Thus. Mr. Canfield’s attributable ownership interest in Telenational is 18% on an undiluted basis. Following approval of the joint application to which this request for Special Temporary Authority relates, Mr. Jenkins will hold, through his wholly-owned subsidiary New Rapid Link, Inc., a Delaware corporation, a 100% ownership interest in Telenational, on an undiluted basis.
