VIZADA, INC. INTERNATIONAL SECTION 214 REQUEST FOR EXTENSION OF SPECIAL TEMPORARY AUTHORITY Vizada, Inc. (“Vizada”) hereby requests special temporary authority (“STA”), for a period of 60 days commencing January 2, 2010 to provide Inmarsat services via the Inmarsat 4F3 satellite at 97.65° W.L. Grant of the requested extension will serve the public interest by permitting Vizada to provide continuity of service to its customers. In order to provide service continuity, Vizada has requested extension of its STAs every 60 days, most recently in File No. ITC-STA-20091027-00462. In support of this request, Vizada hereby incorporates by reference the information provided in its applications for BGAN and E&E service authority as amended, its prior STA requests, and its pleadings in those proceedings.
