(ITC-T/C-20090515-00226), Least Cost Routing, Inc. (ITC-T/C-20090515-00224), and The St Thomas and San Juan Telephone Company (ITC-T/C-20090515-00227) (collectively, “Licensees” or “Applicants”) filed applications for a transfer of control and requested that the Commission take action on or before July 1, 2009. On May 22, 2009, Applicants filed Requests for Special Temporary Authority, in the event that the applications could not be granted as requested. The applications appeared on Public Notice on June 5, 2009 (Report No. TEL-01365S) and were granted effective June 19, 2009 (Report No. TEL- 01369). By this letter, Applicants respectfully request withdrawal of the Requests for Special Temporary Authority, designated as ITC-STA-20090522-00238, ITC-STA-20090522- 00239 and ITC-STA-20090522-00240.
