REACH Ltd ("REACH") and Reach Global Networks Ltd ("RGNL"), by their attorney and pursuant to Section 63.25" of the Commission‘s Rutes and such otherlegal authority as the Commission deems applicable, hereby request an extension of the special temporary authority ("STA") granted by the Commission in the file numbers captioned above. REACH and RGNL request that these STAs, which expire on February 28, 2009, be extended for a period of sixty (60) days (until April 29, 2009) on the same terms and conditions. In support of this request, REACH and RGNL state as follows. The STAs for which an extension is requested permit the transfer of control of REACH and RGNL as a result of the proposed privatization of PCCW Limited ("PCCW*") prior 47 CFR § 63.25.
