Request for Special Temporary Authority FCC File No. ITC-STA-20081202-00520 SUPPLEMENTAL EXHIBIT On December 2, 2008 Thrane & Thrane Airtime Ltd. filed an STA application (FCC File No. ITC-STA-20081202-00520) requesting operations under revised ownership from that originally reported under STA File No. ITC-STA-20060526-00298, which provided authorization for Thrane & Thrane Airtime Ltd. to offer Inmarsat BGAN services. With this supplement, Thrane & Thrane Airtime Ltd. hereby affirms that the December 2, 2008 STA application under FCC File No. ITC-STA-20081202-00520 should be associated with its request to offer Inmarasat BGAN services.1 1 On December 10, 2009, Thrane & Thrane Airtime Ltd. filed an additional STA request, requesting operations under the revised ownership as referenced below, to replace the ownership of Thrane & Thrane Airtime Ltd. as originally reported under STA File No. ITC-STA- 20060531-00299, which provided authorization for Thrane & Thrane Airtime Ltd. to offer the Inmarsat B, C, M, mini-M and M4 service using the Inmarsat 4F2 satellite at 52.75 W.L.
