ITC—AMD—20060804—00288, SES—AMD—20060804—01315, ITC—STA—20080213—00059, SES—STA—20080213—00157, & ISP—PDR—20060804—00010 Supplemental Information Regarding Ownership Dear Ms. Dortch: VIZADA Services LLC ("VIZADA," formerly FTMSC US, LLC), by its attorneys and pursuant to Section 1.65 of the Commnission‘s Rules, 47 C.F.R. § 1.65, hereby supplements the record in the above—referenced proceedings to provide information regarding a planned pro forma restructuring of VIZADA*‘ s ownership. The restructuring would result in the insertion of Vizada AS, formerly Telenor Satellite Services AS, into VIZADA‘s ownership chain. An ownership chart reflecting the planned restructuring is attached as Appendix A hereto. To effect the restructuring, MobSat Holding Norway AS ("MobSat AS"), a Norwegian company formerly known as Inceptum 1 AS, will transfer ownership of VIZADA‘s indirect parent company, Mobsat Holding US Corp. ("Mobsat Holding"), to Vizada AS, a direct wholly—owned subsidiary of MobSat AS. Following this transfer, Mobsat Holding US Corp., rather than being a direct subsidiary of MobSat AS, will be indirectly owned by MobSat AS through its subsidiary Vizada AS. Thus, the transfer of ownership of VIZADA‘s parent company will not affect the ultimate ownership and control of VIZADA. Applications seeking Commission consent to the proposed restructuring are pending in connection with the licenses held by VIZADA ‘s affiliate, Vizada, Inc. See, e.g., File Nos. SES—T/C—20080307—00254/00255. These pending applications include a principal place of business showing for Vizada AS (Exhibit E at 1).
