The STA request is deficient and we cannot process it until it is cured. Specifically Easynet needs to amend the STA request to acknowledge that the grant of the STA will not prejudice any action the Commission may take on the underlying application seeking Commission consent to the transfer of control of Easynet Inc. to British Sky Broadcasting Group Plc —— ITC—T/C—20071220—00517. Easynet must further acknowledge that the STA can be revoked by the Commission upon its own motion without a hearing. Unfortunately IBFS does not currently allow parties to amend an application once it is filed. | suggest that you amend Attachment 1 of the STA request and then e—mail us the amended version. We can then associate that document with the STA request in IBFS. Please let me know if you have any questions or need further assistance.
