9. Description of Special Temporary Authority Requested.
STA is requested for resale of telecommunications services to international points as needed by users of applicant's Commercial Mobile Radio Service system in Southern Illinois, while application for ongoing Section 214 authorization for the same purpose is prepared and is pending at the FCC.
