AmeriVision Communications, Inc. ('AmeriVision') is requesting Special Temporary Authority to premit the bankruptcy purchase of AmeriVision by Nonprofit and Affinity Marketing, Inc. ('NAM') based upon the completed bankruptcy proceedings before the United State Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Oklahoma (Case No. 03-23388 NLJ). This special permission is needed to permit AmeriVision to continue to provide and bill for international services until the consent for transfer of control for AmeriVision to NAM is approved. The actual transfer of control was completed on March 4, 2005 by order of the court. AmeriVision, through no fault of its own, had thought all commission approvals had been received prior to the closing. AmeriVision is now aware of Commission requirments and will adhere to all transfer of control issues should the company ever purchase additional assets or transfer control of the company at a later date.

9. Description of Special Temporary Authority Requested.
AmeriVision Communications, Inc. ('AmeriVision') is requesting Special Temporary Authority to premit the bankruptcy purchase of AmeriVision by Nonprofit and Affinity Marketing, Inc.
