Before the FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION Washington, D.C. 20554 In the Matter of N_ NZNZ NJ N/ N/ N/ NZ/NZ Guam Wireless Telephone Company, LLC File No. ITC—STA—20050726—00288 Request for Special Temporary Authority to Continue Operations Pending Transfer of Control Approval AMENDMENT TO REQUEST FOR SPECIAL TEMPORARY AUTHORITY TO CONTINUE OPERATIONS PENDING TRANSFER OF CONTROL APPROVAL On July 26, 2005, Guam Wireless Telephone Company, LLC ("Guam Wireless") filed a Request for Special Temporary Authority to Continue Operations Pending Transfer of Control Approval ("Application") with the Commission. The Application requested authority to continue operations pending consideration of a transfer of control application filed regarding a transfer control between Fred Liao and Overland Company Inc., transferors, and John K. Wu and the Wu family, transferees (File No. ITC—T/C—20050726—00287). On August 8, 2005, Susan O‘Connell of the Policy Division of the Commussion‘s International Bureau, contacted counsel for Guam Wireless and requested that Guam Wireless amend its Application to include an additional certification that grant of the Application will not prejudice Commission action with respect to the transfer of control. A certification signed by Fred Liao and John K. Wu that grant of the Application will not prejudice Commission action with respect to the transfer of control is attached hereto as Exhibit
