Before the FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION Washington, D.C. 20554 ) In the Matter of ) ) File No. ITC—STA—20050304—00089 Empire One Telecommunications, Inc. ) ) Motion for Extension of Grant of ) Special Temporary Authority ) ) ) MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF GRANT OF SPECIAL TEMPORARY AUTHORITY Pursuant to Sections 63:01 and 63.03 of the FCC‘s rules, 47 C.F.R § 63.01, 63.03, Empire One Telecommunications, Inc. ("Empire"), requests an extension of the grant of Special Temporary Authority granted to Empire in the above matter from September 19, 2005 until the period of time required for the Federal Communications Commission ("Commission") to complete the processing of the pending international Section 214 Transfer of Control Application between Empire and Empire One Telecommunications, Inc., Debtor in Possession ("DIP"). Applicants acknowledge that grant ofthis extensionis without prejudice to the Commission‘s action on the underlying transfer of control applications, or to any enforcement action for non— compliance based on the unauthorized transfer of corol which is the subject of that application, and may be revoked by the Commission upon notice without a hearing.
