("NDNT" or the "Company"), a nondominant carrier authorized by the Commission to provide facilities—based and resold international telecommunications services in the United States. A copy of the application requesting authoritiy for the transfer of control, which is being filed simultaneously with this request, is attached hereto. It should be noted that the instant request is being submitted with facsimile signatures. Applicants will submit the original signature pages to the Commission immediately upon receipt.
