On August 29 and September 5, 2019, the Applicants submitted supplemental filings regarding certain aspects of the Transaction.1 Pursuant to a subsequent request from Commission Staff, the Applicants submit this letter to confirm that the content of Section III of the Application (“Description of the Transaction”) and of Section IV of the Application (“Public Interest Statement”) remains current, and no update to either Sections III or IV is required as a result of the referenced supplemental filings. 1 Supplement to Application (Aug. 29, 2019); Second Supplement to Application (Sep. 5, 2019).
