Transfer of Control of Section 214 Authority.” The Classification of Filing should have been classified as “a. Assignment of Section 214 Authority.” This was already noted in the January 16, 2018 amendment. 2) Assignee, Application Section 7: The Application inadvertently reflected the assignor as the assignee following automatic FRN population of fields. NBS is now correctly identified as the Assignee/Transferee as set forth in “Attachment 3,” attached. 3) State of Formation: Assignee, NBS was formed in the State of New Jersey as now reflected in the attachment entitled “Answer to Question 13 Amended.” 4) States Where Customers are Located: A listing of states where customers are located has been added to the attachment entitled “Answer to Question 13 Amended.” Thank you for your attention to this matter.
