Transfer of Control of Section 214 Authority.” The Classification of Filing should have been classified as “a. Assignment of Section 214 Authority.” 2) Percentage of Ownership, Application Section 11: The Application inadvertently reflected that no entity owned at least ten (10) percent of the equity of the assignee/transferee. The assignee is a wholly owned subsidiary of another entity, as detailed in Attachment 2 to the Application Answer to Question 11. The response to Application Section 11 should be “yes,” accordingly. 3) Answer to Question 11, Application Attachment 2 in Response to Section 11: Application Attachment 2 inadvertently retained a second page that is no longer applicable. Attachment 2 has been amended and resubmitted via the International Bureau Filing System. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I regret any inconvenience.
