Washington, D.C. 20554 Re: Notification of Pro forma Assignment of Domestic and International 214 Licenses from Millry Communication, Inc. to Millry Telephone LD, LLC CC Docket No.: Dear Ms. Dortch: Pursuant to 47 C.F.R. §§ 63.24(d) and (e)(4) of the Rules of the Federal Communications Commission ("FCC" or the "Commission"), Millry Communication, Inc. d/b/a Milly Long Distance hereby notifies the Commission of the consummation of the pro forma assignment of its domestic Section 214 authority and the international Section 214 authority granted under File Number ITC—214—19970508—00257 to Millry Telephone LD, LLC d/b/a Millry Long Distance. Miliry Communication, Inc. is a 100% wholly—owned subsidiary of Millry Corporation. Millry Telephone LD, LLC is a newly—formed, 100% wholly—owned subsidiary of Millry Telephone Company, Inc., which is also a wholly—owned subsidiary of Millry Corporation. All four Millry entities are Alabama domestic companies. No prior Commission approval is required for such pro forma transactions, under Section 63.24(f)(1) of the Commission‘s rules.
