ATTACHMENT 1 Answer to Questions 9 and 13: Advance Global Communications (“Assignor”) holds the Section 214 authorization that is the subject of this application (File No. ITC2142001081300436) (the “Authorization”). Assignor, in this application, requests Commission consent to the pro forma assignment of the Authorization to its subsidiary, Advance Global Communications, Inc. (“Assignee”). This assignment is pro forma under Section 63.24 of the Commission’s Rules because Assignor owns 83.3% of the voting shares in Assignee. Assignee has been providing all the services under the Authorization since March 14, 2002. At the time Assignee began providing these services, all its voting shares were owned by Assignor. At no time since March 14, 2002, has Assignor’s ownership of voting shares in Assignor been less than 83.3%. At all times since March 14, 2002, management and control over Assignee has been held exclusively by Assignor. Answer to Question 10: Assignor and Assignee: Eduardo M. The proposed Assignee has been providing international, long- distance non-VoIP and VoIP facilities-based resale services under its parent’s Gardere01 - 6457542v.1

Authorization since 2002. Currently, these services only are provided via VoIP. The customers for these services are other telecommunications companies and calling card providers. The customers’ calls are forwarded to other telecommunications companies for eventual completion to the called party on the PSTN or by a wireless operator. Assignee has not received any authorization under Section 214 of the Act.
