Dear Ms. Dortch:

By this letter, ITG, Inc. (“ITG”) and iTalk, Inc. (“iTalk”) withdraw their request for approval
“nunc pro tunc” of the above-referenced application (for purposes of clarity, they do not
withdraw the application, only their request within that application that approval be on a nunc
pro tunc basis). They also hereby reiterate their request for Special Temporary Authority with
respect to the above-referenced application.

This letter is being filed via ECFS in the above-referenced docket number. Please contact the
