(“ETCI” or “Assignor”) and EasyTel Communications Carrier Corporation (“EasyTel-Carrier” or “Assignee”) (together, the “Parties”), by undersigned counsel and pursuant to 47 C.F.R. § 63.24(f), notify the Commission of the pro forma assignment of the international Section 214 authorization (“Authorization”) held by ETCI to EasyTel-Carrier. Timothy E. Kloehr is the sole direct owner of both of the Parties and, therefore, the assignment of the Authorization is pro forma in nature. EasyTel-Carrier did not hold an international Section 214 authorization prior to the pro forma assignment. Sections 63.18(h): See Attachment 1 for the ownership of the Parties. Answer to Question 13 - Description of Assignment The Parties assigned the Authorization to an affiliated entity under the same ownership and control as the licensee to be consistent with the overall operating structure of the entities.
