ITC—214—20010719—00386 and ITC—ASG—20130718—00190 and WC Docket No. 13—183 Dear Ms. Dortch: Pursuant to 47 C.F.R. §63.24(e)(4), this notice is to inform the Commission that, on November 5, 2013, the consummation occurred of the assignment from The South Canaan Telephone Company of the referenced international Section 214 authorization to Stahlstown Ldco, Inc. (the "Assignee"), as was approved on August 16, 2013 as noted in the Commission‘s Public Notice, Report No. TEL—01631, DA No. 13—1791, released August 22, 2013 at 3. The South Canaan Telephone Company‘s international Section 214 authority was granted under File No. ITC—214—20010719—00386 and the assignment was approved under File No. ITC—ASG— 20130718—00190. In addition, the assignment of the assets related to the domestic operations of the entities noted in the domestic Section 214 application that was granted on August 23, 2013 (see Public Notice, WC Docket No. 13—183, DA 13—1793, released August 23, 2013) in WC Docket No. 13— 183 was also consummated on November 5, 2013.
