The Commission issued approval on August 3, 2010 (Wireline - DA 11-1347 and International - DA 11-1383). TelePacific Managed Services hereby advises the Commission that the proposed transaction will not be consummated. TelePacific Managed Services thanks the Commission for its review and consideration of the proposed transaction. To the extent that Applicants may in the future decide to undertake a transaction together, they will seek any necessary approval from the Commission at that time.
