Pursuant to Staff‘s request for information as to any 10 percent or greater interests in FCC licensees held by any of the owners of TelePacfic Management Services ("TMS"), Applicants hereby confirm that the only interests in FCC licensees currently held by owners of TMS, are those set forth in the Application as to their interests in TMS, U.S. TelePacific Corp., Arrival Communications, Inc., Mpower Communications Corp., and NextWeb, Inc. Pursuant to Staff‘s request for information as to the ownership of SIPCO Holdings Limited, Applicants provide the following information: No owner of SIPCO Holdings Limited holds a 10% or greater indirect interest in TelePacific Managed Services. SIPCO Holdings Limited is managed by Mr. Boston Nemir Kirdar (Great Britain citizen), H.E.
