             NextEra FiberNet, LLC ("NEFN"), pursuant to 47 C.F.R. 63.24(e)(4), hereby notifies
   the Commission that the transfer of certain assets of Grande Communications Networks, Inc. to
   NEFN as described in the above—referenced dockets has been consummated. With respect to
   Commission approvals, the date of action for the international authorization was Dec. 24, 2010
   and the effective date of grant for the domestic authorization was Jan. 2, 2011. Should you
