Networks, LLC, a Company Holding International and Domestic Authorizations
Pursuant to Section 214 of the Communications Act of 1934, As Amended, to
                           NextEra FiberNet, LLC
                           WC Docket No. 10-239
                           IB File No. ITC-ASG-20101117-00455

   Dear Ms. Dortch:

Pursuant to discussion with FCC staff, the Applicants in the above-referenced
proceedings hereby provide the following information to supplement their Application:

                  (1) Applicants confirm that, following consummation of the proposed
transaction, Grande Communications Networks, LLC will continue to operate as a provider of
telecommunications services pursuant to its blanket domestic Section 214 authority as well as its
   international Section 214 license.

                   (2) The Application mentions, among assets to be transferred, "DWDM networks
in Texas and certain adjoining states." These fiber optic networks utilize dense wavelength
division multiplexing ("DWDM") technology. DWDM systems support multiple wavelengths
per fiber strand and, thereby, facilitate delivery of high capacity fiber optic data transmission
    services.
