TO TEXAS 10, LLC WT Docket No. 10-78 Pursuant to sections 214 and 310(d) of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended,1 and sections 0.261 and 0.331 of the Commission’s rules,2 the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau and the International Bureau approve the following applications requesting Commission consent to the transfer of control of or the assignment of licenses and authorizations currently held by subsidiaries of AT&T Inc. (“AT&T”) to Texas 10, LLC (“Texas 10”). No comments or petitions to deny were received in response to the Public Notice announcing that the applications had been accepted for filing.3 The Bureaus find, upon consideration of the record, that the proposed transfers and assignments will serve the public interest, convenience, and necessity.4 The Wireless Telecommunications Bureau finds, upon consideration of the record, that grant of the applications listed below will service the public interest, convenience, and necessity: File No. Licensee Lead Call Sign 0004139682 Centennial Southeast License Company LLC KNKA813 0004139683 Centennial Southeast License Company LLC WMT282 The International Bureau finds, upon consideration of the record, that grant of the proposed partial assignment of international Section 214 authorizations held by Centennial to Texas 10 listed below will service the public interest, convenience, and necessity: File No. Authorization Holder Authorization Number ITC-ASG-20100205-00080 Centennial Communications Corp. Pursuant to section 1.103 of the Commission’s rules,5 the consent granted herein is effective upon release of this Public Notice. By this approval, the parties are authorized to consummate the transaction described in their applications.
