We understand that the assignment of Mon—Cre Wireless, Inc.‘s International Section 214 authorization will be permitted in conjunction with the pro forma merger of Mon—Cre Wireless, Inc. with and into Mon—Cre Telephone Cooperative, Inc., which notice was provided to the FCC Secretary under separate cover on November 24, 2009, and that no prior approval of the FCC is required for such an assignment. In accordance with 47 C.F.R. 63.24, Mon—Cre Telephone Cooperative, Inc. will file the required pro forma notification with the FCC within thirty days of the completion of the assignment of Section 214 authority resulting from the companies‘ merger.
