In the matter of the Pro Forma Assignment of Section 214 Authorization from FTC Communications, Inc. to Farmers Telephone Cooperative, Inc., ITC-ASG-20080910-00422, we amend the means by which the assignment has taken place as follows: Effective September 1, 2008, the Section 214 Authorization ITC-214-19950101-00036 is assigned to Farmers Telephone Cooperative, Inc., the parent company. Farmers Telephone Cooperative, Inc. provides service pursuant to the aforementioned Section 214 Authorization effective September 1, 2008. Both affiliate companies FTC Communications, Inc. and FTC Diversified Services, Inc., wholly owned subsidiaries of Farmers Telephone Cooperative, Inc. provide service effective September 1, 2008 under authority of the international section 214 authorization held by Farmers Telephone Cooperative, Inc., pursuant to Section 63.21(h) of the Commission’s rules, 47 C.F.R. § 63.21(h). We respectfully request withdrawal of information provided concerning the transfer of long distance customers From FTC Communications, Inc. to Farmers Telephone Cooperative, Inc. and FTC Diversified Services, Inc. In the matter of the Pro Forma Assignment of Section 214 Authorization from FTC Communications, Inc. to FTC Diversified, Inc., ITC-ASG-20080910-00423, we fully withdraw this Pro Forma Assignment notification.
