(formerly ATC Teleports, Inc.‘), this is to request correction of Section 214 authorization ITC—214—19960801—00362 (the "Authorization") for international services. On February 15, 2000, the above—referenced application was filed to assign the Authorization from U.S. Electrodynamics, Inc. to Verestar, Inc. The application was granted by the Commission on March 15, 2000. The transaction was consummated on a timely basis, and a consummation letter was filed on August 15, 2000. A copy of the consummation letter is attached. Even though the IBFS database shows that the consummation letter was indeed filed on August 15, 2000, the database still shows U.S. Electrodynamics, Inc. to be the holder of the Authorization. We therefore request that the IBFS database be corrected to show that the holder of the Authorization is Verestar, Inc. at 3040 Williams Drive, Suite 600, Fairfax, VA 22031. * Because ATC Teleports, Inc. was renamed Verestar, Inc., to avoid confusion, we will use the name Verestar, Inc. when referring to events involving Verestar, Inc. prior to the change of name from ATC Teleports, Inc. to Verestar, Inc.
