Dear Secretary Salas:

       On behalfofEconophone &           ices, Inc. ("Econophone"or "Company*"‘), this letter is to notify
the Commission of the Compa              s name change to Destia Communications Services, Inc.
(‘Destia").‘       Econophone is at      rized to provide international switched and private line
telecommunications services betv         n the United States and various international points, pursuant
to Section 214 of the Communica          as Act of 1934, as amended.

       Econophone has determir       that the name change from Econophone to Destia will be a
valuable step in developing Econ a0ne‘s telecommunications services and in implementing its
ongoing business plan. The nan shange will not in any way inconvenience or cause harm to
Econophone‘s customers. Destia~ | file a revised tariffto indicate the name change and will notify
customers of the name change by bill insert or other method. Consumers will continue to be
provided high—quality, affordable services by Destia.
