("Direct Net"), we hereby notify the FCC that the above—referenced transfer will not be consummated, as the parties have decided not to pursue the transaction. The FCC granted its consent to this transaction on December 30, 1998. In addition, we hereby request cancellation of the STA that was granted to Direct Net to allow early completion of the above—referenced transfer (see FCC File No. ITC—TAO—19981123—00823, granted December 4, 1998).
