Specifically, Exhibit A, attached with this letter, amends Softlysis’ service type from Individual Switched-Resale Service [63.18(e)(3)] to (1) Global or Limited Global Facilities-Based [63.18(e)(1)] and (2) Global or Limited Global Resale services [63.18(e)(2)]. This amends the original Section 214 application and information that also was contained in Attachment 2 of the application.
