Amendment: ITC-214-20061213-00559 VIZADA, INC.: AMENDMENT TO APPLICATION FOR INTERNATIONAL SECTION 214 AUTHORITY Vizada, Inc. (“Vizada”) hereby amends its pending request for international Section 214 authority (“STA”) to continue to provide BGAN and existing and evolved (E&E) services via the Inmarsat 4F2 satellite at 52.75° W.L. (File No. ITC-214-20061213-00559). By this filing, Vizada requests authority to provide Inmarsat BGAN and E&E services via all Inmarsat 4th Generation satellites. On January 7, 2009, Inmarsat services will be relocated from the 4F2 satellite currently located at 52.75º W.L. to the 4F3 satellite at 97.65º W.L. Grant of the requested authority to provide Inmarsat BGAN and E&E services via all Inmarsat 4th Generation satellites will allow Vizada to provide services regardless of a particular satellite’s orbital location. In support of this request, Vizada hereby incorporates by reference the information provided in its applications for BGAN and E&E service authority as amended, its prior STA requests, and its pleadings in those proceedings.
