(“NC”), holds an ownership interest in the Applicant, NC also is wholly owned by the Applicant, pursuant to an ownership arrangement structured by the Applicant. No foreign person or entity has any ownership interest in NC, nor does NC have any affiliation with any foreign carrier. NC has no current business operations. Nicholville does not have any interlocking directorates with any foreign carriers. Answer to Question 15: Applicant provides the following information as required by Sections 63.18(d), 63.18(e)(3), and 63.18(g) of the Commission’s Rules, 47 CFR §§ 63.18(d), 63.18(e)(3), 63.18(g): (d) Applicant has not previously sought authority to resell international telecommunications services. (e)(3) Because Applicant is not applying for authority to acquire facilities or to provide services that are not covered by Sections 63.18(e)(1) (relating to global facilities-based authority), or 63.18(e)(2) of the Commission’s Rules (relating to global resale authority), this rule is not applicable. (g) Because Applicant is not applying for authority under Section 63.18(e)(3) of the Commission’s Rules (relating to other authorizations), this rule is not applicable. 1
