To whom it may concern, On May 26, 2017, an International 214 application (ITC-211-20170608-00108) was file by Mr. William K Djokoto the owner and sole shareholder of IDS Data Svs Inc. Mr. Djokoto incorrectly checked the “No” box on question number 9 regarding streamlining the application. IDS Data Svs Inc meets the requirements for streamlining the application and certifies the following: 1. IDS Data Svs Inc is not affiliated with a foreign carrier on any route for which authority is sought; 2. IDS Data Svs Inc is not affiliated with any dominant US Carrier whose international switched or private line services it seeks for resale; and 3. IDS Data Svs Inc. is not requesting authority to provide switched service over private lines to a country for which the Commission has not previously authorized service. Pursuant to section 63.12 of the Commission’s rules, IDS Data Svs Inc. respectfully request that the application be moved to streamlined as the answer to question 9 was incorrectly checked “No” and “Yes” should have been checked.
