Sonic’s Principal Office Location: 141 Grays Pond Rd., Centerville MD 21617 Sonics Principal Business: Telecommunication products and services as an IXC and CLEC The following individuals have 10% or greater direct ownership of Sonic Systems, Inc.: Andrew De Mattia 50 % Owner, US Citizen; Principal Business: Executive, 141 Grays Pond Rd., Centerville MD 21617 Andre De Mattia 50% Owner, US Citizen; Principal Business: Executive, 208 Devon Drive Chestertown, MD 21629 No other individuals or entities have 10% or greater indirect ownership of Sonic Systems, Inc. Response to Question 15: Authorization and Facilities Sought Sonic Systems, Inc. has not previously received authority under Section 214 of the Systems Act. By granting this application, Sonic Systems, Inc. will have international global switched resale authority under Section 214 of the Systems Act. Sonic Systems, Inc. is not applying for authority to acquire facilities or to provide services not covered by Sections 63.18(e) (1) and Section 63.18(e) (2) of Commission’s Rules. In fact, Sonic Systems, Inc. is seeking only global resale authority under Section 63.18(e) (2) of the Rules. Further, Sonic Systems, Inc. will not construct, acquire or operate its own international facilities, and therefore is not providing a description of facilities or an environmental assessment. Sonic Systems, Inc. hereby certifies that it will comply with the terms and conditions of Sections 63.21 and 63.23 of the Commission’s Rules.
