Amvensys Capital Group, LLC (“ACG”), a Texas limited liability company and a holding company, holds 100% direct interest in AMIGO. Z. Ed Lateef, a US citizen and the Chief Executive Officer of ACG, holds 50% direct interest in ACG. Lubna Lateef, a US citizen and Member of ACG, holds the remaining 50% direct interest in ACG. The address of AMIGO, ACG, Z. Ed Lateef and Lubna Lateef is 1330 Capital Parkway, Carrollton, TX 75006. No other individual or entity holds directly or indirectly a 10 percent or greater ownership interest in AMIGO. There are no interlocking directorates -- no individual is an officer or director of AMIGO as well as an officer or director of an entity that is a foreign carrier. Answer to Question 15 Section 63.18(d): AMIGO has not previously received international Section 214 authority. Section 63.18(e)(3): Not applicable. Section 63.18(g): Not applicable.
