("BGI"), by its attorneys, respectfully files this letter to inform the Federal Communications Commission ("FCC") that BGI is hereby surrendering its international Section 214 authorization issued under File No. ITC-214-20160901-00264.1 BGI does not provide international telecommunications services to any customers pursuant to this authorization. The authorization is being surrendered as an administrative matter to update the FCC's records. Because BGI does not provide service to any customers pursuant to this authorization, the company is not required to provide notice of discontinuance pursuant to Section 63.19 of the Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R. § 63.19.
